To reflect different playing styles, I felt it necessary to tone Bleu's rating down. Basically, Bleu annihilates everything (he's at least as good as Guntz) if you spend a long time allowing him to catch up to your characters when you first get him. Otherwise, Bleu completely sucks and should not spend a second on your team.
